Mr. Shubham K. Pandey is an amazing, young, and dynamic learner, educator, public speaker, host, writer, socialist, quiz master, Private Tutor, Skill trainer and entrepreneur. He has been serving in the educational field for 6 years with the aim of giving quality education to all the students and bringing out a positive change in the nation. He has a good command in various subjects, including science, arts, biology, health and physical education, teacher education, and religious knowledge.


In his short span of career, he has impacted many minds. He is serving as a coordinator in one of the best schools in India. Under his hard work and contribution, school has won several awards. He has successfully organized various interschool events.


As an entrepreneur, he is the founder of an award-winning educational service named Illuminate Biology, a MSME-registered microenterprise, giving quality education to students, teachers, and honoring teachers and students organizing competitions and events on a global platform.


 Not only this, he is also a visiting faculty member at a college nurturing budding teachers and invited as a resource person for space lectures, various competitive exams, environment conservation at NSS, good touch, bad touch, nutrition, and career counseling.


As a learner, he has earned multiple degrees, diplomas, and certificates and qualified for various competitive exams. He has won several awards and accolades.
