International Literacy Day

International Literacy Day is observed on 8 September every year to make people aware of the importance of literacy which no doubt is a matter of dignity and human rights. Let us tell you that it is a key component of the UN's Sustainable Developmental Goals.

If you give food to a child, it will kill hunger for one day.

If you give money to a child, it will kill poverty for a week.

But if you literate a child, it will kill hunger and poverty forever and give a good standard of living to that child's generation.
