She describes herself as- I am a passionate teacher who considers teaching as a responsibility and not as a profession. I make myself available for my students especially try to reach out to the individual student and try to teach them in the way they understand. I believe in Team work not as a leader but working together as a team member for achieving the goal. I believe teaching learning process need to be blended with technology and traditional method of human touch.
